Requirements

8 years or more of healthcare integration development using HL7 v2, FHIR, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and healthcare data exchange.

Proficiency in FHIR APIs, US Core profiles, HL7 Implementation Guides, eCR specifications, and FHIR server integration.

Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, React, FastAPI, secure web portals, authentication, authorization, and RBAC.

Experience with SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CVX, RxNorm, data mapping, transformation, validation, and analytical data models.

Experience with AWS, HealthLake, Snowflake, Terraform, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and cloud data pipelines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Design and develop secure healthcare integrations using FHIR, HL7 v2, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.

Build FHIR services, APIs, mappings, transformations, and validation processes for interoperable healthcare data exchange.

Develop secure portals and application services for retrieving, processing, and presenting healthcare information.

Integrate healthcare data with AWS ingestion pipelines, cloud storage, analytics platforms, and enterprise data environments.

Implement healthcare terminology mappings and interoperability workflows supporting clinical and public health reporting.

Build, test, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and document healthcare interfaces and cloud-based integration components.
