Role Overview:
The Senior Sales – US Market will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Powerweave’s enterprise offerings, including cloud, e-commerce, ERP, and BPO solutions, across the United States and North America.
This role requires an experienced enterprise solution seller with proven success in selling technology platforms to mid-market and large enterprises in the US. The incumbent will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, working closely with cross-functional teams to support sustained growth in the region.
Roles and Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the North America market.
- Own complete enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, Digital, and Transformation teams.
- Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets.
Solution Selling & Client Engagement
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes and pain points.
- Position Powerweave’s cloud, ERP, e-commerce, and BPO solutions as business transformation enablers.
- Lead solution demonstrations in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams.
- Develop proposals, business cases, and ROI-driven value narratives.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
- Build and maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting through CRM tools.
- Track deal progress, conversion ratios, and sales cycle timelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to support US-focused campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to align solutions with customer expectations.
- Ensure smooth transition and handover to delivery and customer success teams post deal closure.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets (US market).
- New logo acquisition and pipeline creation.
- Lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-closure conversion rates.
- Pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and CRM discipline.
- Contribution to market expansion and repeatable sales motions in the US.
