This high-visibility role will oversee a transformative global program designed to help manufacturers securely share and monetize operational data, enabling the next generation of AI-driven factories and digital manufacturing ecosystems. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Lead the development, growth, and long-term vision of a global AI and data-sharing initiative.
  • Define and execute a roadmap for adoption across multiple industries, with an initial emphasis on advanced manufacturing.
  • Represent the organization at global industry forums, standards committees, and executive-level events to promote a unified, standards-based data ecosystem.
Program Development & Execution
  • Direct the planning, build-out, and scaling of program infrastructure in partnership with technology and industry collaborators.
  • Oversee data quality, governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Develop sustainable participation and incentive models that attract data contributors, subscribers, and long-term ecosystem partners.
Ecosystem Building
  • Engage industry members, global partners, and government stakeholders to drive participation and expansion.
  • Build strategic collaborations with technology companies, research institutions, and sovereign partners.
  • Support the creation of technical committees responsible for formalizing AI-focused data sharing standards.
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team including data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and program specialists.
  • Foster an environment rooted in innovation, trust, and excellence.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in AI, data platforms, digital ecosystems, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Demonstrated success building or scaling data-driven platforms, multi-stakeholder programs, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data governance, and AI model training environments.
  • Strong understanding of standards development processes and/or manufacturing systems is highly desirable.
Leadership & Skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate long-term vision into operational execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including experience partnering with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and global organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve as a visible spokesperson for a major global initiative.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, transformative environments.
