Job Description;

Responsible for coordinating and governing the end-to-end IT change management process to ensure controlled, compliant, and low-risk implementation of technology changes. Works cross-functionally with engineering, QA/QE, DevOps, and product teams to manage change requests through CAB, ITIL frameworks, and Agile delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

Open, document, and manage change requests within the ITSM platform
Ensure proper risk assessment, impact analysis, testing evidence, and rollback planning
Coordinate and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
Track approvals, implementation status, and post-implementation results
Enforce ITIL change management standards and governance policies
Align change processes with Agile sprints and release cycles
Partner with DevOps and engineering to support production deployments
Monitor change success rates and identify process improvement opportunities

Qualifications

Experience with IT change management processes
Strong knowledge of ITIL (v3 or v4 preferred)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
