Position Summary
The Project Manager will support HA process qualification, documentation, and substantiation efforts. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, in compliance with company policies and standards, while driving process optimization and streamlining initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support HA process qualification, documentation, and substantiation activities
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Identify opportunities for process optimization and streamlining
Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Experience with project management software
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to improve methods, optimize processes, and streamline workflows
Technical Skills
Must Have
Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in business environment Demonstrate proficiency in using computer applications. Experience in word processing, presentation packages, databases, and spreadsheet packages. Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Adobe software to be able to create/modify PDF files. Experience process documentation & substantiation. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
