Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale data migration and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume data migrations, working with onsite/offshore teams, and delivering projects in high-pressure environments. Strong experience in Salesforce as a target system is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for large-scale technical initiatives, particularly Salesforce integration programs
• Plan and execute high-volume data migration strategies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance
• Coordinate across onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution
• Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage high-pressure situations, proactively mitigating risks and resolving escalations
• Collaborate with technical teams to define integration architecture and data flow strategies
• Oversee requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment phases
• Track and report project status, KPIs, and deliverables to leadership
• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Technical Project Management
• Proven experience managing large-scale data migration projects involving high data volumes
• Proven experience managing large teams (onsite/offshore model)
• Strong experience delivering projects in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Hands-on experience managing Salesforce integration projects
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with Mainframe systems as source environments
• Knowledge of NoSQL / modern databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)

Familiarity with integration tools, APIs, and middleware platforms
