Job Title: UI / UX Designer

Location: Plano, TX Onsite

Duration: 12+ Months 

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end UI/UX solutions independently, from concept to final execution
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Adobe XD and InVision
• Design graphical user interface elements including menus, tabs, widgets, navigation buttons, and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and user flows
• Re-design and enhance existing themes, including theme colors, branding elements, and product logos
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Create original graphic assets such as images, sketches, icons, and tables
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate evolving UI/UX requirements in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and architects
• Prepare and present rough drafts and design concepts to internal teams, product owners, architects, and key stakeholders
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI/UX issues independently (e.g., responsiveness, usability gaps), including performing root cause analysis
• Conduct layout and design adjustments based on user feedback and usability findings
