Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Retail Project Manager to oversee retail projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful delivery of retail initiatives such as store openings, remodels, merchandising rollouts, and technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor retail projects across multiple locations
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, contractors, and store teams
- Track project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support store launch activities, renovations, and operational improvements
- Manage procurement and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and brand requirements
- Conduct post-project evaluations and reporting
