Job Title: Database Administrator / Database Reliability Engineer

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid)

We are hiring! We’re looking for an experienced Database Administrator / Database Reliability Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

What You’ll Do:

• 24x7 Production Support: Keep enterprise database platforms and mission-critical business applications running smoothly.

• Platform Operations: Handle installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, backup/recovery, replication, and high availability.

• Incident & Problem Management: Resolve production incidents, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and drive long-term remediation.

• Proactive Improvement: Monitor system health and optimize performance to reduce operational risk.

• Engineering & Automation: Design, optimize, and build self-healing capabilities to elevate database stability and efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams to improve platform stability.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of DBA experience with enterprise and cloud-native database environments.

• Hands-on expertise in PostgreSQL, Netezza, Yellowbrick, SingleStore, SQL Server, and Yugabyte.

• Cloud experience with platforms like Aurora PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Google Cloud Spanner.
