Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 12+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality strategy, managing QA teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and implementing best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of QA engineers (manual + automation)
Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test processes
Oversee end-to-end testing (Functional, Regression, Integration, UAT)
Drive automation strategy and increase automation coverage
Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Stakeholders
Ensure quality standards, metrics, and KPIs are met
Perform risk analysis and mitigation planning
Review test cases, scripts, and execution reports
Handle defect management lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
Ensure CI/CD integration with testing pipelines

Required Skills

Strong experience in Manual & Automation Testing
Expertise in Test Planning & Test Strategy
Experience in API Testing (Postman, REST Assured)
Strong knowledge of STLC & SDLC

< data-start="1541" data-end="1567">Automation Skills

Hands-on with tools like:
- Selenium WebDriver
- TestNG / JUnit
- Cypress / Playwright (good to have)
Programming knowledge in:
- Java / Python / JavaScript

< data-start="1738" data-end="1767">Tools & Technologies

Test Management Tools: JIRA, TestRail, ALM
CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
Version Control: Git
Performance Testing: JMeter (good to have)

Leadership & Management Skills

Experience in leading 5–15+ QA team members
Strong stakeholder communication
Ability to manage multiple projects
Experience in resource planning & estimation
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
