Role Summary

·       We are seeking a seasoned Agiloft Developer to design, develop, configure, and optimize enterprise contract lifecycle management (CLM) and workflow automation solutions using the Agiloft platform.

·       The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agiloft system configuration, workflow design, automation rules, and integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and document management platforms.

·       You will be responsible for building scalable, maintainable, and efficient contract/workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency and governance across enterprise processes.

Primary Skills

·       3+ years of hands-on development experience in Agiloft CLM platform

·       3+ years of experience in Agiloft configuration (Tables, Fields, Forms, Knowledge Bases)

·       This role is critical for driving digital transformation of contract and workflow management systems. As a Agiloft Developer, you will enable automation of contract lifecycles, reduce manual effort, improve compliance, and ensure faster turnaround of enterprise agreements.

Job Description

·       Design and configure Agiloft CLM solutions aligned with business requirements

·       Build and maintain workflows, rules, and automation logic in Agiloft

·       Develop integrations between Agiloft and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)

·       Customize UI, forms, and reports in Agiloft platform

·       Implement approval workflows, notifications, and escalation rules

·       Troubleshoot issues in workflows, scripts, and integrations

·       Optimize system performance and ensure scalability

·       Work with business teams to translate requirements into system design

·       Maintain documentation of configurations and solutions

·       Soft skills/other skills - To be Evaluated by Hiring Manager (To define how this will be evaluated)

·       Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
