QA Manual and Automation Tester
Location: Oaks, PA (Hybrid-3 days onsite in a week)

Based on the requirement, the ideal candidate should have the following core skills and experience:

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Test automation
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex queries
• Practical experience with Playwright automation framework
• Strong Python scripting experience for automation, testing, and data validation
• Expertise in ETL testing, data validation, and data quality assurance
• Proven experience in data migration testing, including:
• Source-to-target validation
• Data reconciliation
• Data verification
• Migration defect analysis

Ability to perform both:

• UI testing
• Backend/Database testing
• Strong communication skills with experience interacting directly with stakeholders

Primary Skills (Min 5 years of experience):

• At least 5 years of experience on web application testing using both Manual and using Automation tools / scripts.
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in API and web services testing using both Manual and using Automation tools / scripts.
• 5 years of strong T-SQL experience of must be able to write SQL queries required for data validation.
• 5 years of hands on experience with Web and API application automation techniques.
• 3+ years of experience with Test Automation tools Selenium, Python.
• 3+ years of scripting knowledge for automation (Web & API), preferred language is Python
• Should have worked in Agile development.

Good to have Skills:

• Experience with Playwright
• Experience with Mobility testing
• Experience with JIRA
• Finance domain experience: basic concept and terminology
