Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS & Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, support financial modules, manage integrations and data migration activities, and provide ongoing production support. This role requires hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, General Ledger (GL), Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS), Oracle EBS, reporting tools, and financial transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud ERP configurations and solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), AHCS, and related financial applications.
• Participate in Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud migration and transformation projects.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle applications and third-party systems.
• Support data conversion, migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist with system testing, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Manage Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, upgrades, patches, and enhancement requests.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and ERP optimization.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud coexistence or migration projects.
• Expertise in:
  • Oracle General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS)
  • Oracle Financials Cloud
  • Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)
  • Smart View
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
• Experience with data migration, data conversion, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle reporting tools.
• Experience supporting cloud upgrades, release management, and patching activities.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations and finance transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Financial Reporting.
• Oracle Cloud Financials certification is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
