Very Very Urgent Role 

Position Title – Java Full Stack Developer (React + Java)
Location: Columbus, OH
Duration – 6 months to hire
 
  • Have Requirements:5–8 years of experience in  full stack development.Strong hands-on experience with JavaFront end exp with React Split -  Frontend (60%) and backend (40%).Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working as a Lead Individual Contributor (IC).Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical delivery.Experience with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex) for AI-assisted development.Good-to-Have:
  • Experience supporting or developing content management platforms.Hands-on experience with Payload CMS.Experience with content platform integrations.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to take ownership of technical decisions.
