Location : Wilmington, DE (Hybrid/Onsite)
Duration : Long term contract

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Snowflake consultant to lead enterprise analytics and reporting programs across ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle. The role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of ERP data models, and hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end analytics and reporting programs across SAP ERP systems.
• Define analytics strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery model aligned with business

goals.

• Manage program delivery including scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Oversee development of dashboards and reports using Snowflake,Tableau, Power BI, and SQL-based solutions.

• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment across ERP and analytics platforms.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including BI developers, data engineers, and functional consultants.

• Act as the primary interface with business leaders, IT leadership, and external partners.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, executive communication, and decision-making.

Experience & Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data programs with ERP exposure.
• SAP Data feed to Snowflake
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA/ECC) and Oracle ERP analytics.
• Expertise in Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Solid understanding of ERP data models, KPIs, and business processes.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale analytics programs in complex environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
