IT Sourcing Specialist/IT Category Manager - IT Vendor & Procurement Coordinator

The IT Procurement Agent manages end-to-end procurement of IT goods, software, and services, ensuring alignment with organizational needs, budgets, and strategic objectives. This role combines category management, vendor relations, contract negotiation, and operational support to drive cost-effective and compliant procurement across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT procurement using SAP/SRM and GEP Source-to-Pay platforms.
• Develop and implement category strategies and sourcing plans.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Conduct spend analysis, market research, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and business units to meet procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years IT procurement experience, preferably with category management.
• Experience with SAP/SRM, GEP, and strong negotiation skills.
• Preferred: Advanced contract negotiation, procurement certifications (CPSM/CPPM), software market experience.
