We are looking for a highly skilled AWS Data Architect with strong expertise in AWS Redshift, ETL/Data Engineering, Salesforce Integration, and Business Intelligence (Tableau) to lead enterprise-scale data modernization and analytics initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-scale AWS data architectures

Build and oversee:

• Data Lakes
• Lakehouse Platforms
• Enterprise Analytics Solutions

Architect solutions using:

• Amazon S3
• AWS Glue
• Redshift
• Athena
• Lambda
• EMR
• Lake Formation
• Kinesis
• RDS

Design and optimize:

• Batch ETL/ELT Pipelines
• Real-Time Data Processing Pipelines
• Advanced Data Models

Lead Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and connectors

Define and implement:

• Star Schema
• Snowflake Schema
• Enterprise Data Models

Establish Tableau BI architecture, governance, and performance standards

Drive cloud modernization and migration initiatives from legacy platforms to AWS

Implement data governance, security, compliance, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery strategies

Mentor and guide Data Engineers and BI Developers

Required Skills

10+ years of Data Engineering & Analytics experience

6+ years of AWS Data Architecture experience

Strong expertise with:

• AWS Redshift
• AWS Glue
• Athena
• Lambda
• EMR
• Lake Formation
• Kinesis
• SQL
• Data Modeling

3+ years of Salesforce Integration experience

4+ years of Tableau Development & Architecture experience

Experience leading architecture teams and conducting design reviews

Strong experience with:

• Python / PySpark
• CI/CD
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)

Preferred Skills

Life Sciences / Biopharma Industry Experience

Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud

Data Quality & Data Governance

Kafka or Kinesis Streaming

Client-Facing Consulting Experience
