Description:
We are seeking an experienced POS Systems Quality Assurance Lead with strong retail domain expertise to lead testing and quality assurance efforts for store Point of Sale platforms. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of retail technology or retail operations experience, including 5+ years of POS testing, and will ensure reliable and high-quality POS system releases supporting store transactions and payment systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for POS systems and store applications.
Develop and manage test plans, test cases, regression testing, and release validation.
Oversee testing of sales transactions, returns, promotions, loyalty, and payment integrations.
Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to validate retail requirements.
Manage defects, risk assessment, and quality metrics to ensure stable production releases.
Mentor QA team members and support UAT and production deployment validation.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Retail or Retail Technology.
5+ years of hands-on POS testing experience.
Strong knowledge of POS transaction flows, payment processing, and store operations.
Experience with QA tools such as JIRA and Zephyr
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
