Oracle PeopleSoft HCM - Plano, TX-Onsite

• Provide support and expertise for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Human Resources, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits Administration, and Talent Management.

• Support PeopleSoft Financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Management, Expense Management, and Budgeting.

• Perform server administration and access management for PeopleSoft application servers, web servers, and databases.

• Manage PeopleSoft security, including user provisioning, roles, permission lists, and access controls.

• Ensure audit compliance and reporting related to PeopleSoft security and system access.

• Provide technical planning, system design, and development support for enterprise applications.

• Assist with system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of PeopleSoft environments.

• Support CCI Business and Technology Transformation Program modernization initiatives by delivering scalable and efficient PeopleSoft solutions.
