Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager - Technical Test Delivery to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise test delivery management, Agile software delivery, AI-enabled testing practices, and client engagement and a proven ability to lead complex testing programs, drive quality outcomes, and accelerate productivity through AI adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end test delivery lifecycle across projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.


• Define and implement test strategies, processes, and frameworks aligned with client needs and organizational standards.


• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tooling, automation, and quality metrics.


• Lead Agile software delivery using Scrum with sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and dependency management.


• Manage stakeholder communications and present status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership.


• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues with timely escalation and resolution.


• Coordinate globally distributed teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore locations.


• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies for testing and delivery.


• Enable AI engineers within test delivery to implement AI-driven solutions and agentic AI workflows.


• Apply Microsoft Copilot and agentic AI to automate processes, support decision-making, and increase team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project management experience leading large, complex programs in matrixed environments.


• 8+ years in QA/Test Delivery Management with enterprise-scale testing.


• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with comfort presenting to senior leadership.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Agile tools such as Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira.


• Demonstrated client management skills with a customer-service orientation.


• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and hold cross-functional teams accountable.


• Ability to solve problems, make timely decisions, and operate with initiative and urgency under aggressive timelines.


• Experience operating in complex environments with conflicting priorities.


• Hands-on familiarity with Jira, ADO, Selenium, Rest Assured, and SeeTest.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing enterprise programs and client-facing delivery.


• Background with AI-enabled testing, agentic AI workflows, and Microsoft Copilot.

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Project, Power BI, AI-Enabled Operations, Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI.


• SDLC, Test Planning, Test Coordination, QA Management, UAT, Release Management, DevOps, CI/CD, Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, Continuous Improvement.


• Process Automation, Executive Governance, Executive Dashboards and KPI Reporting, Value Realization, Operational Excellence.


• DevOps and CI/CD: Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.


• AI Technologies: Prompt Engineering, AI APIs, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-assisted software testing.


• Testing Tools: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, Rest Assured.


• Project Management Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Smartsheet.

Preferred Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional).


• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Certification.


• ISTQB Test Manager or equivalent QA certification.
