What You'll Do

• Create, develop, and maintain operational, instructional, maintenance, and test procedures for manufacturing teams
• Partner with engineers, quality, R&D, and operations stakeholders to gather and validate technical information
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Document engineering processes, specifications, and workflows
• Recommend and implement documentation formats aligned with regulatory and business needs
• Ensure all documentation meets internal quality and compliance standards

What You Bring

• Proven experience using Microsoft Office tools to manage and produce documentation
• Experience working in an FDA-regulated or similarly controlled environment
• Familiarity with cleanroom or controlled production environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to interpret technical input from engineers and convert it into clear instructions for manufacturing personnel
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
