Roles and Responsibilities:

  • You'll directly support and work under the utility services team and various shared services leads with additional supervision from project management team members.
  • You'll support drafting, reviewing, and finalizing 300+ technical professionals resumes into our Flowcase resume database.
  • You'll also work with project leads to draft and finalize project descriptions for past and current project to be loaded into Flowcase as well.
  • You'll assist with planning various team activities, office events, volunteer events, and utility services newsletters.
  • You'll support tracking of client and internal team deliverables, send follow-ups, and track completion timelines.

Skills Requirements:

  • Strong writing capabilities, attention to detail and uniformity, ability to proofread and follow standards and guidelines
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, timeliness, and maturity.
