Job Description :

• Design and architect scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Develop and integrate LLM-powered applications, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and conversational AI systems.
• Work extensively with AI frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Build production-ready AI services and backend integrations using Python.
• Design and implement REST APIs, microservices, and backend integrations for AI applications.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and embedding models.
• Design multi-step AI agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
• Integrate foundation models and LLM APIs from providers such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or other leading platforms.
• Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and inference optimization where appropriate.
• Build AI systems with strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Implement AI safety guardrails, content filtering, access controls, and responsible AI practices.
• Develop output validation and evaluation mechanisms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Establish LLMOps/MLOps pipelines for deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor model performance, latency, cost, errors, hallucinations, and overall application health in production.
• Implement logging, tracing, observability, and alerting for AI/LLM applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data science, and security teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance on AI/ML design decisions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, frameworks, and tools and recommend their appropriate use.
• Create technical documentation covering architecture, APIs, workflows, deployment, and operational processes.
