Summary

An established organization in consumer-facing hospitality is seeking a senior-level Network Engineer to take ownership of a complex enterprise network environment and play a key role in maintaining reliability, performance, and connectivity across the business.

This position is best suited for an experienced infrastructure professional with a strong networking foundation who has hands-on responsibility for routing, switching, wireless networking, and firewall administration in production environments. The successful candidate will be comfortable leading network upgrades, managing site connectivity, troubleshooting critical issues, and supporting future infrastructure modernization initiatives, including wireless platform migrations.

Beyond networking, the role will also provide support across core Microsoft technologies, requiring a well-rounded infrastructure mindset. This is an opportunity for someone who can operate independently, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and quickly become a trusted technical owner.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Senior hands-on experience with network engineering with deep expertise in enterprise routing, switching, firewall management, and production network troubleshooting.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting Cisco Meraki environments, including VLAN configuration, site connectivity, wireless networking, and failover solutions.
  • Proven ownership of network infrastructure projects such as upgrades, migrations, refreshes, or large-scale deployment initiatives within a corporate environment.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Ubiquiti networking technologies and wireless infrastructure migrations.
  • Administration of Windows Server environments, including Active Directory services.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 platforms and related infrastructure services.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Hands-On Engineering: 70%
  • Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 30%
