Summary
We are seeking a SharePoint Developer / Project Lead to drive cloud intranet modernization and process automation.
- Location: Columbia, SC (29201)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Work remote nationwide, but requires one day a month onsite in Columbia, SC and must work EST hours)
- Hours: Part-Time (20 30 hours/week, flexible scheduling)
- Interview Process: 1 Round, Virtual/Online
Key Responsibilities & Skill Focus
We are looking for an expert with 5+ years of experience in the following core areas:
- SharePoint Cloud Architecture: Designing hub-and-spoke intranet models, modern site structures, document management, and permission governance.
- Low-Code Automation (Primary Focus): Building business apps and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to replace manual processes.
- Modern Development: Creating custom web parts and reusable components using SPFx, React, and TypeScript.
- Integrations & Connectivity: Connecting platforms, Teams, and Outlook using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph.
- UI/UX & Delivery: Crafting highly intuitive modern user experiences for non-technical field staff and translating business needs into smooth technical workflows.
Position Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of dedicated experience across SharePoint, Power Platform, React/TypeScript, and API integrations.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to lead requirements gathering with non-technical stakeholders.
