What We're Looking For

• 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (A+, IT coursework, CS degree)
• Strong interest in learning and developing technical skills
• Reliable, professional, and proactive
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation for a hybrid schedule

What You'll Do

• Respond to support tickets
• Assist users via email, chat, and occasional in-person support
• Troubleshoot issues like:
  • AD password resets
  • Login/authentication problems
  • WiFi/connectivity
  • Printers and basic hardware

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
