Facilities Coordinator

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking an Accountant II for a contract position with a Leading Retailer located in Austin, TX. This is an 8-month contract opportunity.

As a Facilities Coordinator within the Store Development team, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of purchase order data for the organization and related projects. You will ensure data integrity, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across hosting systems, primarily Coupa, in accordance with established procedures and policies. This role provides accurate and timely contract issuance and analysis to support operational and budgetary decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Implement scalable data management frameworks and workflows to accommodate business growth
• Manage comprehensive data entry and validation processes across multiple enterprise systems (Coupa, Workday, Procore)
• Execute proactive data quality control measures through systematic audits and real-time monitoring
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline data entry, validation, and reporting processes
• Lead system optimization initiatives by analyzing user patterns and stakeholder requirements
• Partner with Indirect Procurement to manage vendor issues, including resolution of complex data issues
• Serve as primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, providing expert guidance on system usage
• Research and solve problems involving data integrity, data reporting, and data management systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma and 1-2+ years' relevant experience in data management, procurement support, or related field
• Proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to identify and correct moderately complex data integrity issues and perform business math
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one interactions, meetings, and group presentations
• Models excellent customer service skills

Desired skills:

• Experience in data entry, facilities management, construction, or store development environments
• Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management, specifically Coupa procurement tools
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• Experience utilizing AI/ML tools for data processing, automation, or analytics
• Knowledge of budget coding structures and financial systems

Pay range: up to $36.91 per hour
