We’re seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Federal Growth & Capture) to join our team in a highly strategic, client-facing role supporting federal programs. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and growth—leading solution development, shaping capture strategies, and engaging directly with government stakeholders to drive mission-focused outcomes. You’ll play a key role in defining scalable, innovative solutions while helping expand our presence across existing and future programs. This role is primiarily remote.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • In coordination with Executive leadership, Growth, and Delivery teams, define and execute technology and solution strategies that directly support contract growth, customer expansion, and improved program performance.
  • Serve as the technical lead across priority captures and business development efforts, shaping solution strategies, win themes, and differentiated approaches for RFIs, proposals, and whitepapers.
  • Act as a client-facing technical advisor, engaging government stakeholders to frame mission challenges, identify modernization opportunities, and align Infotrend capabilities to customer needs.
  • Lead development of scalable, repeatable solution architectures and frameworks across key capability areas including data engineering, AI/ML, cloud modernization, and DevSecOps.
  • Identify and drive organic growth opportunities within current programs through proactive client engagement and solution expansion.
  • Partner with program and delivery teams to inject innovation into existing contracts, improving efficiency, margins, and overall technical performance.
  • Lead and mature Infotrend’s proprietary capabilities and accelerators (e.g., CoreAI, CoreInsights, CoreInfra), aligning internal innovation efforts to pipeline demand and market needs.
  • Establish and institutionalize best practices, lessons learned, and solution standards across growth and delivery organizations.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, partners, and competitor capabilities to continuously evolve Infotrend’s technical positioning and offerings.
  • Represent Infotrend in external industry forums, client engagements, and thought leadership activities (e.g., ACT-IAC, PSC, and other federal communities).
  • Support and enhance Infotrend’s corporate business development lifecycle through direct engagement in pre-sales, solutioning, and customer discussions.
  • Mentor and guide technical staff and solution architects, serving as a central technical authority across BD, capture, and delivery.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
  • Minimum 8+ years supporting U.S. Federal Government / Public Sector programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical solutioning for business development, capture, and proposal efforts.
  • Proven ability to engage directly with government clients in a technical advisory capacity, including leading solution discussions and modernization strategy sessions.
  • Strong technical breadth and depth across federal mission systems, with expertise in areas such as data platforms, AI/ML, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and DevSecOps.
  • Experience developing and implementing enterprise-level solution architectures and reusable frameworks.
  • Ability to author, present, and clearly articulate complex technical solutions to clients, executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience evaluating and integrating emerging technologies and partner capabilities into solution strategies.
  • Ability and willingness to obtain a Top-Secret Security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting federal agencies within Homeland Security and DOJ/law enforcement, federal financial regulatory agencies, and/or federal health organizations.
  • Prior experience as a Solution Architect, Chief Architect, Technical Director, or similar role with both client-facing and growth-facing responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting large, complex federal pursuits ($25M+) and/or enterprise modernization programs.
  • Experience contributing to or leading development of proprietary solutions, accelerators, or intellectual property.
  • Experience supporting investigative and litigation support environments (eDiscovery, FOIA, digital forensics), with hands-on exposure to platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, Casepoint, Recommind, or similar, and an understanding of large-scale data ingestion, processing, and review workflows in regulated or law enforcement contexts.
  • Experience architecting or implementing solutions using low-code/no-code and enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, Pega, MuleSoft), with a focus on workflow automation, case management, and integration across enterprise systems.
  • Experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms and analytics ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), including designing data pipelines, enabling scalable analytics, and supporting AI/ML use cases in cloud environments.
