Summary

The Lead Digital Product Manager will also maintain the program management team's technology tooling — Jira, Clarity, and analytics dashboards — to track delivery progress, coordinate cross-pillar dependencies, and ensure all products meet client's risk, compliance, and accessibility standards. 8+ years of digital product management with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.

Regulated industry experience (financial services, insurance, healthcare).

Agile/Scrum execution track record — not just certification, but proven delivery of complex technology products sprint through launch.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
