IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo CAFM Developer & Functional Consultant

JD:
We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development, optimization, and management of IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo CAFM applications. This role involves enhancing system functionality, aligning business processes with the TRIRIGA data model, and supporting system upgrades and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions within the IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo CAFM platform
Configure and enhance TRIRIGA objects, dimensions, rules, workflows, and business processes
Support system upgrades, including environment preparation, content migration, and transition planning with minimal business disruption
Develop and modify BIRT reports
Optimize existing TRIRIGA components to improve operational efficiency and system performance
Collaborate with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and system stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager
7+ years of experience as a Real Estate Manager
4+ years of hands-on experience working with IBM TRIRIGA/Maximo (at least one contract)
4+ years of experience with TRIRIGA Projects Version 10

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager
