Title:   Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities
* Build and configure Lead Manager framework for inbound direct sales locations • Configure Web to Lead, lead routing, assignment rules, and intake workflows
* Support integration of Salesforce leads with Marketo email automation
* Gather requirements and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
* Work within Jira and Atlassian tools for sprint planning and tracking
* Perform Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and security
* Support QA, test script creation, and User Acceptance Testing
* Maintain documentation and follow platform best practices
Required Skills
* 3 or more years of Salesforce Administration experience
* Strong experience with Flow and declarative automation
* Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories in Jira
* Experience supporting QA and UAT cycles
* Ability to work independently as the primary Salesforce resource • Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
* Marketo experience
* Experience with inbound sales or lead generation workflows
* Salesforce Administrator certification
