Summary

1. 2-3 + years of hands-on QA Scanning/Indexing experience

2. Experience testing agentfacing applications used for policy submission, with strong knowledge of policy application workflows and annuity systems.

3. Familiarity with platforms such as AN4, Affirm, FireLight, and other policy entry tools; ability to validate policy inputs and system behaviour.

4. Working knowledge of document scanning processes, including locating documents in Ignite, indexing pages accurately, and ensuring proper routing of scanned paperwork.

5. Experience with both physical scanners and digital draganddrop scanning workflows to support endtoend document processing.

6. Jira experience desired
