Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our client and play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of their digital banking platform. This remote, direct hire position focuses on rapid incident resolution, proactive monitoring, and long-term architectural improvements. The ideal candidate will collaborate across multiple engineering teams and work closely with leadership to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance system reliability and customer experience.

Compensation:
$135,000 – $150,000 annually

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities of the Senior .NET Software Engineer:

  • Lead rapid escalation and resolution efforts for critical production incidents
  • Implement precise, low-risk code fixes in C#/.NET and Angular to maintain system integrity
  • Design and improve observability frameworks and anomaly detection systems using monitoring tools
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, infrastructure, QA, and data teams

Qualifications and Skills for the Senior .NET Software Engineer:

  • Extensive experience with C#/.NET development and Angular framework
  • Strong background in incident management and root cause analysis
