We are seeking a talented UX Designer to support the design and delivery of digital applications. This role focuses on improving user experience by creating intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered designs. The ideal candidate collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to translate moderately complex problems into clear design requirements and impactful solutions.
This position begins as a 6-month contract with the potential to extend up to one year based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design team in delivering finalized designs for web, native, and digital applications.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Assist the lead designer in identifying human-centered pain points and opportunities.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
- Help deconstruct complex challenges into actionable design solutions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Evaluate product performance after release and recommend enhancements based on user feedback.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in UX design and visual design.
- Proven ability to create and deliver designs for web, native, and digital applications.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and applications.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within team environments.
- Ability to manage individual responsibilities while meeting project deadlines.

- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute for education).
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Experience designing prototypes and conducting usability testing.
- Portfolio showcasing previous UX work is strongly preferred.
