Pay Range:$50.00-$65.00 Per Hr

Description
The role involves managing and engineering operating systems, directory services, endpoints, and collaboration tools in both datacenter and cloud environments. 
This position requires broad technical expertise to support troubleshooting and projects across various IT teams. 
The work setting is remote, and the position is contract-based.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain server and desktop operating systems, ensuring configuration, patching, and upgrades.
Maintain directory services, including health, replication, and recovery procedures.
Operate and troubleshoot collaboration and messaging services, ensuring integration and service health.
Automate system configuration and operational tasks using scripting and approved tools.
Support service transitions and technical handoffs during acquisitions and migrations.

Qualifications
Experience with administering Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise systems services.
Proficiency in server OS patching, configuration standards, and troubleshooting in virtualized or cloud-hosted environments.
Knowledge of directory or authentication integrations and related services.
Skills in scripting and technical documentation, including testing and change validation.
Ability to manage priorities and coordinate technical work across teams while adhering to security requirements.
