Summary

Title: Guidewire Business Analyst with Commercial Lines

Location: NY, NJ, or CT – Hybrid 02 days per week

Duration: Long Term

Visa: Any

Experience: 10+ Years

MUST HAVE: Guidewire Implementation project exp, P&C Insurance domain, Commercial Lines, Business Analysis

Required Skills & Experience

Domain & Functional

8+ years of hands‑on experience in US Property & Casualty Insurance Products
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end P&C lifecycle and regulatory considerations
Experience working directly with North American insurers and business users

Guidewire Expertise

3+ years of Business Analysis experience on Guidewire implementation or enhancement projects.
Strong understanding of Guidewire data model, workflows, product configuration, and integrations.
Experience working on one or more Guidewire modules: PolicyCenter, BillingCenter & ClaimCenter.
Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud implementations is desirable.

Technical & Platform Exposure

Experience in Guidewire Cloud migration or transformation programs.
Knowledge of rating engines, product configuration, and underwriting rules.
Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, data flows, and reporting
Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis
Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)

Leadership & Communication

Proven ability to work in an onshore–offshore delivery model
Excellent client‑facing communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Strong ownership mindset with ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

Guidewire certifications and Experience with Commercial Lines modernization initiatives.
Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Insurance, or related field.
