Senior SAP Training Consultant

Introduction:

We are looking for a Senior SAP Training Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Finance and Procurement, along with experience in planning and delivering training content.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver SAP training programs for employees at all levels.
• Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, and online resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
• Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on SAP software updates and changes to ensure training materials are current.
• Provide support and guidance to end-users on SAP functionalities.
• Assist in the implementation of SAP systems and processes.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP Finance and Procurement.
• Strong understanding of SAP software and systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing training materials and delivering classes.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
