Job Summary
Tryfacta is seeking a Service Desk Analyst (English/Spanish Bilingual) for a contract assignment. This role serves as the first point of contact for end users, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a fast-paced IT environment.
Position Details
Position Title: Service Desk Analyst (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
Location: Thornton, CO (Onsite)
Duration: Contract (duration to be confirmed)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues (password resets, desktops, devices)
- Support Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS environments
- Utilize remote tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Log, track, and update service desk tickets accurately
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams
- Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and support guides
- Deliver strong customer service and clear communication to end users
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve service desk operations
- Support a high-volume environment across multiple locations
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5–7 years of IT Service Desk or technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and/or Chrome OS environments
- Experience with ticketing systems / ITSM tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities effectively
- Experience documenting technical processes and resolutions
Preferred Qualifications
- English/Spanish bilingual proficiency
- Experience in large-scale or distributed environments (enterprise, public sector, education)
- Familiarity with macOS support
- Exposure to enterprise infrastructure (networking, VoIP, wireless)
