We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud & Edge Architect with deep expertise in Akamai, AWS, and Azure Front Door to design, implement, and optimize secure, high-performance, globally distributed cloud and edge solutions.

Required Skills:

• 8 12+ years of experience in Cloud & Edge Architecture

• Strong hands-on experience with Akamai CDN (WAF, Bot Manager, DDoS Protection, EdgeWorkers, Property Manager)

• Expertise in AWS Cloud architecture and networking

• Strong experience with Azure Front Door (Standard/Premium), WAF, routing, caching, and custom domains

• Experience with DNS, SSL/TLS, caching strategies, origin shielding, and traffic optimization

• AWS services: VPC, EC2, ECS/EKS, ALB/NLB, S3, CloudFront, Route 53, IAM

• Azure services: VNets, Application Gateway, AKS, App Services, Azure Storage, Azure AD

• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, or Bicep

• CI/CD integration and DevOps automation

• Strong cloud networking, security, governance, and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities:

• Design scalable multi-cloud edge architectures using Akamai, AWS, and Azure Front Door

• Configure and optimize CDN, WAF, caching, routing, and traffic management

• Implement secure, highly available AWS and Azure cloud solutions

• Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation initiatives

• Integrate cloud and CDN configurations with CI/CD pipelines

• Perform performance tuning, production support, and architecture reviews

• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) behind CDN/Edge solutions

• Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization

• Multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments

• Monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog, or Splunk
