Summary

  • Devops/CI CD understanding
  • Cloud technologies (Google cloud or Amazon Web Services)
  • GitHub, Bitbucket, Git
  • New Relic, DataDog, etc.
  • Postman, or a service layer testing tool
  • jMeter, Gatling
  • Performance testing
Qualifications :
  • 5+ years' experience and bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance or testing
  • Strong understanding of test planning, defect tracking, and quality processes
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence / Lucid
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
  • Ability to independently deliver test planning and analysis without detailed direction
  • Professional Spanish language skills (required) for bilingual / Spanish-language call-flow and NLU quality validation
Preferred Experience :
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript), including Dialog Flow CX / conversational test automation
  • Experience testing conversational voice agents, Google Dialogflow CX / Google CES, and IVR/CCaaS migrations
  • ISTQB or comparable QA certification
  • Familiarity with AI Tools and AI First mindset
