Sr. Azure Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer to implement, configure, manage, and provide strategic guidance for our cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Implement, maintain, and monitor Azure resources, networking components, and security policies.
• Cloud Migration: Plan and execute large-scale migrations of workloads from on-premises environments to the cloud.
• Operational Excellence: Support and troubleshoot production applications within a complex, multi-framework environment (including .NET, Java, SQL, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics).
• Observability: Utilize Azure Monitor, Workbooks, and Alerts to create meaningful dashboards that provide critical insights for operations teams.
• Resiliency & Security: Oversee backup and disaster recovery (DR) operations; craft comprehensive DR plans to ensure minimal downtime and data loss. Manage vulnerability remediation using security tools such as Tenable.
• Strategic Leadership: Provide expert guidance to project teams and leadership regarding cloud best practices, architecture, and security posture.

Technical Requirements

• Azure Expertise: Strong proficiency in implementing and maintaining Azure infrastructure, networking, and security policies.
• Enterprise Experience: Proven success working in mission-critical, large-scale enterprise environments.
• Networking Knowledge: Deep understanding of network protocols and OSI layer functionality.
• Security Focus: Demonstrated experience in vulnerability management and security compliance.
• Monitoring & Observability: Hands-on experience with Azure monitoring and alerting tools.
