UX Designer

Job Title: UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer / Information Architect with 8 to 12 years experience who can translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centric experiences. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, researchers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality UX solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and user requirements

• Conduct user and domain research to identify user needs and pain points

• Create UX artifacts including personas, user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes

• Design and present high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder reviews and developer handoff

• Iterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedback

• Maintain design consistency by leveraging UX pattern libraries and standards

• Partner with UX leads, visual designers, and developers to ensure timely delivery

• Guide teams on UX best practices within assigned projects

• 6 10 years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer or Information Architect

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem-solving, and execution

• Expertise in Figma; familiarity with Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision

• Experience with collaboration and whiteboarding tools such as FigJam and Lucid

• Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and information architecture

• Experience in the life sciences domain is a plus

• Exposure to accessibility-focused design is desirable
