Key Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost
Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions, process documentation, and QC work methods
Conduct time studies and process analysis to improve manufacturing efficiency
Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing aids
Create and maintain engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation
Provide technical support to production, quality, planning, and maintenance teams
Investigate and resolve non-conformances, quality issues, and rework activities
Manage Concession Requests, Notes, and manufacturing change activities
Drive machine and process improvement projects
Interface with suppliers, technology teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve manufacturing challenges and support operational goals

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
