Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IFS Cloud Application Administrator to support our direct client''s enterprise IFS Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering IFS Cloud, managing multiple environments, supporting upgrades, security, user access, integrations, and ensuring overall application stability and performance.

This position initially supports a fast-paced IFS Cloud implementation and will transition into ongoing production support, governance, and continuous platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IFS Cloud environments (Development, Test, UAT, and Production)

• Monitor system health, application performance, availability, and integrations

• Perform environment refreshes, cloning, and data masking activities

• Plan and execute IFS Cloud upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and service releases

• Coordinate maintenance windows and communicate system downtime to stakeholders

• Perform pre- and post-upgrade validation testing

• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, security roles, and access controls

• Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and segregation of duties

• Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues

• Collaborate with infrastructure, middleware, security, and vendor support teams

• Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles

• Support IT governance, change management, compliance, and audit readiness

• Generate reports on system usage, performance, and operational metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 5+ years of application administration experience

• Hands-on experience administering IFS Cloud

• Strong knowledge of:

  • IFS Cloud Administration

  • Environment Management

  • Patching & Upgrade Processes

  • User Access & Security Administration

  • Performance Monitoring

• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or similar databases

• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms

• Experience using monitoring and job scheduling tools

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise ERP environments

• Experience with ITIL processes, change management, and governance

• Exposure to compliance and audit support activities

• Experience working in implementation and production support environments
