Description Join our team as an IT Support Specialist, where you will oversee the day-to-day operation, provide technical support, and collaborate on system upgrades and maintenance projects. You'll work closely with our global IT team and be involved with a range of IT initiatives supporting our business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day IT support globally, resolving technical issues for users
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal or external partners as needed
- Ensure adherence to corporate security standards for computers and servers
- Follow all documented IT procedures and workflows
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of user manuals and other technical documentation
- Support the testing of IT security and cyber incident response plans
- Complete administrative and ad-hoc tasks as directed by management

Requirements Qualifications- 2-3 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist
- Background in insurance or the financial sector preferred
- Experience supporting Windows systems, including deployment and troubleshooting (Windows 10/11)
- Familiarity with Windows Server and networking (setup, monitoring, maintenance)
- Proven history of troubleshooting in multi-user, high-availability environments
- Hands-on experience with PC repair, deployment, and asset management
- Experience supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, Office 365, Intune, and Azure
- Basic experience in SQL and programming
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Valid U.S. work authorization
