Minimum Technical Qualifications
- One or more certifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator
- 5+ years of experience with:
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar)
- Automation scripting and cloud functions (Python, Ruby, Go, or similar)
- Operational support for AWS, Azure, or comparable public cloud platforms
- 10+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure engineering and operations experience
- 10+ years supporting and hardening Windows Server and/or Linux in production environments
Desirable Experience
- Consulting for State or Federal agencies in the U.S.
- Designing modern, secure, scalable, and costeffective cloud architectures
- Serverless and containerized platforms at scale (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Deep handson experience with AWS and/or Azure services
- Virtualization platforms (HyperV or equivalent)
- Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam)
- Patch, configuration, and vulnerability management tools (e.g., Tanium)
