Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, React, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing scalable web applications, backend services, RESTful APIs, and modern user interfaces. This role requires strong knowledge of object-oriented design, unit testing, Azure services, and DevOps practices, along with the ability to drive technical solutions and deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Build and maintain robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and application integrations.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Design and implement efficient data access solutions using SQL Server and .NET data access technologies.
• Apply object-oriented programming (OOP), design principles, and software engineering best practices to build maintainable applications.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and application stability.
• Design, configure, and maintain Azure DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelunines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and integrate Azure services, including Azure Function Apps, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Explore and apply appropriate AI adoption techniques to improve application development and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, security, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on expertise in .NET, React, and Azure.
• Extensive development experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and RESTful services.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and .NET SDKs.
• Proven experience developing backend services, APIs, and enterprise web applications.
• Strong front-end development experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with SQL Server, database integration, and data access technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Experience defining and configuring DevOps processes and Azure CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and code quality practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of AI adoption techniques and opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
