Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Washington, DC/Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Three years of experience working with business users to define accurate, meaningful, and measurable business cases, functional requirements, technical requirements, and use cases.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both business users and technical staff.
Highly proficient with SharePoint.
Ability to work closely with peers and team members in a collaborative manner to review, create, and update user interface materials posted for wide use and educational purposes on a content management system.
Minimum three years of experience designing graphics and visual based communications to support knowledge development work.
Proficient with graphic design technologies and production processes.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Experience in transportation operations work environments.
Experience in the travel/airline industry.
