JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum 12-14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)plus Powerplatform CoE experience with strong technical and client facing skills.



Technical Skills:

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement(Sales, Service - Must) and knowledge other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products.

Experience setting up Powerplatform CoE and citizen Developer.





Looking for Dynamics 365 Technical Lead / Architect with strong experience in D365 Online & On-Prem, SOA-based integrations, and middleware (preferably MuleSoft). The role involves designing scalable, highly available CRM architectures, leading end-to-end integrations using Azure services, APIs, and SSIS, and supporting data migration, reporting (SSRS/Power BI), and DevOps pipelines. The candidate will provide technical leadership, drive solution design, pre-sales/POCs, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders in an Agile environment. Financial services domain exposure is a plus.
