Workday payroll

Need to be a self starter

Need to be a team player

The work streams are huge and high visibility

Workday integrations and implementation experience

Need to have completed end to end workday implementations

Need to know how to work with KPMG

Need to be immersed in the company like you belong there

Need to be high level emotional IQ

They are still working out some kinks in their process/structure, so need to be able to go with the flow in some instances and chip in if asked, even if the duties seem below their paygrade
